Riverwalk Trust will again host Riverwalk Get Downtown, Fort Lauderdale's largest outdoor cocktail hour, offering the best Flavors of Fort Lauderdale with food samples from local restaurants and bars in the Plaza at Las Olas, 333 E. Las Olas Blvd on Friday, April 9, 2010. Get Downtown will partner with YOLO restaurant, also located in the same plaza.
For a $20 donation (prepaid online), or $25 at the door, attendees will receive two drink tickets to be redeemed at any outside YOLO bar, live entertainment from local band Bounce and an array of tastes from restaurants including America's Backyard, Big City Tavern, BOVA Prime, Briny Riverfront, Chima, Cold Stone Creamery, The Downtowner Saloon, Jet Runway Café, Kilwin's, Nana's Original Stromboli, Riverside Hotel, Sublime and YOLO. They will also enjoy various libations including beverages from Kilo Kai Spiced Rum, Budweiser Select 55 and Bud Light Wheat Ale.
